short & sweet

Hey y’all!

I hope everyone is having a fabulous Saturday. I have been cooped up inside the past couple of days due to the icy roads and an annoying cold 😦 However, when I woke up this morning the roads were clear, and I felt a million times better! Thanks NyQuil, lol.

So after my breakfast this morning (steel cut oats w/ walnuts, and brown sugar), I decided to get back to the gym! I had been feeling so lazy due to the weather and my cold so I was thrilled to get some exercise today.

Here’s the workout:

10 pushups

20 KB squats

30 reverse crunches

40 second plank

50 jump rope

*4 rounds

It took me about 25 minutes, and boy did I sweat! I love circuit training because you get an awesome workout in less than thirty minutes! Short and sweet 😉
